1. Introduction

Welcome to Bitfiber ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our internet services, website (bitfiber.in), and any related services provided by Bitfiber, located at E-146, 1st Floor, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301, India.

By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Bitfiber provides Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) broadband internet services, IPTV, OTT, landline, and related telecommunications services to residential and commercial customers. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • High-speed broadband internet access via fiber optic network
  • IPTV and OTT streaming services with 350+ channels and 35+ apps
  • VoIP/SIP-based landline telephone services
  • Internet Leased Line for businesses
  • Managed firewall and security services

3. Eligibility

To subscribe to our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid government-issued identity document. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation as required by applicable laws.

4. Service Plans and Pricing

Service plans and pricing are as displayed on our website and are subject to change with prior notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Plans may include:

  • Monthly and multi-month subscription packages
  • Security deposit (refundable upon return of equipment in good condition)
  • Installation and activation charges where applicable
  • Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limits as specified in the plan details

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due as per the billing cycle of your chosen plan. We accept payments through online payment gateways, UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other modes as available. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or disconnection.

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • Invoices are generated and sent to your registered email address
  • Late payment may attract additional charges as per the plan terms
  • Service will be restored upon clearance of all outstanding dues

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide uninterrupted and high-quality internet services. However, service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, network maintenance, and third-party service disruptions. We provide 24/7 customer support to address any service-related concerns.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or any harmful software
  • Spamming, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communication
  • Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content
  • Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our network or services
  • Reselling or redistribution of our services without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Equipment and Installation

Equipment provided by Bitfiber (such as ONT, router, set-top box) remains the property of Bitfiber. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment and must return it in good working condition upon service termination. Damage to or loss of equipment may result in charges as per the equipment replacement cost.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

10. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding dues must be cleared
  • Equipment must be returned in good working condition
  • Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after deducting any outstanding charges
  • Service access will be discontinued after the notice period

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitfiber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through amicable negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
